CD DEVELOPER

• Suspension of white particles in fast drying solvent.
• Gives a white background for excellent Penetrant indication.
• Detects cracks as small as 2 microns wide and 20/50 microns deep
• Conforms to ASTM E-165 and IS 3658.
• Almost Free of Sulphur and chloride for nuclear fabrication.
• Does not contain CTC or CFC hence environment friendly.
• Also available in Bulk packing.

Applications:

• For effective results use Chemilube cleaner & Dye Penetrant.
• To be applied after the test surface has been cleaned of excess Penetrant
• Spray uniformly on the surface and wait for 10 to 15 minutes
