Gearbox are general a difficult proposition as far as their lubrication is concerned. One is the working condition and second is the Environment to which they are exposed. The major problem faced by different plants is the problem of leakages through oil seals and joints. This problem gives ri se to lot many other related problems like heating, noise level, vibration etc. CHEMILUBE GEARGUARD X is best suited for the gears where leakages are frequent. It contains additives like Anti-oxidant, E.P. , Anti-Wear, Solid Lubricant, Thixotropic etc.

Ropes in overhead cranes are very critical in application and any breakage may result in total accidents. Generally the maintenance dept. don’t give much importance and use between based product for the lubrication of ropes. These bitumen based products are an old age practice where people were not having any alternative.
