CD DYE PENETRANT

• Solvent based Colour contrast Penetrant.
• Easy to identify as it is deep red in Colour.
• Can be applied on all metal surfaces.
• Does not contain CTC or CFC hence environment friendly.
• Can be applied on welds, castings, leak testing & forging.
• Detects cracks as small as 2 microns wide and 20/50 microns deep
• Conforms to ASTM E-165 and IS 3658.
• Almost Free of Sulphur and chloride for nuclear fabrication.
• Also available in Bulk packing.

Applications:

Can be applied on welds, castings, leak testing & forging
• For effective results use Chemilube cleaner & Developer
• To be applied after the test surface has been thoroughly cleaned with Cleaner.
• Spray uniformly on the surface and wait for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the dye to penetrate.
